Spokoi is a focus app that helps you block distracting apps and websites on your iPhone. Using Apple's Screen Time API, Spokoi allows you to create focus sessions and schedules to limit your screen time and boost productivity.
Spokoi uses Apple's Screen Time framework to block apps. When you start a focus session or a scheduled block is active, the selected apps will display a blocking screen. This is the same technology Apple uses for parental controls, making it very difficult to bypass.
Deep Focus mode is designed to be unbreakable — that's the point! However, we understand emergencies happen.
To unlock a specific app, long-press on its icon on the blocking screen and select "Unlock" from the menu.
You also have a weekly emergency reset: once per week, you can unlock all blocked apps at once. Blocking will automatically resume the next day. Use this feature wisely — it's meant for real emergencies only!
Screen Time permission is required for Spokoi to access app usage data and apply blocking restrictions. This permission is managed by Apple and ensures your data stays private and secure on your device. Without this permission, the app cannot function.
Yes, absolutely. All your screen time data and app usage information stays on your device. Spokoi cannot access, view, or transmit this data to any servers. Apple's privacy framework ensures that sensitive Screen Time data never leaves your device.
Spokoi Pro unlocks premium features including: Deep Focus mode (unbreakable blocking), custom allowlists for apps during focus sessions, unlimited schedules and time limits, and the ability to take breaks and reset sessions.
To cancel your subscription, go to Settings on your iPhone → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions → Spokoi → Cancel Subscription. Your Pro features will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
Refunds are handled by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find your Spokoi purchase, and follow the instructions to request a refund.
First, make sure Screen Time permission is granted in Settings → Screen Time → Spokoi. If issues persist, try restarting your iPhone. If the problem continues, please contact our support team with details about your device and iOS version.
Open Spokoi on your new device and go to Settings → tap "Restore Purchases". Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase.
