These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern the use of the Spokoi mobile application (the "App").
The App is operated by GRUNDLAGEN TECHNOLOGIE LTD, a company registered under number 434416 and located at 47A, Omonoias Avenue, 1st floor, 3052, Limassol, Cyprus ("Company", "we", "our", or "us").
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. License
Spokoi grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal and non-commercial purposes.
2. Description of the Service
Spokoi is a productivity application designed to help users reduce digital distractions by limiting access to selected applications.
The App operates using Apple's Screen Time API and allows users to voluntarily configure restrictions on app usage.
3. User Control
All restrictions and focus settings are configured by the user.
Users may modify or remove restrictions through device settings and Screen Time controls.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- misuse or attempt to disrupt the App
- reverse engineer or copy the App
- use the App in violation of applicable laws
5. Availability
We do not guarantee that the App will always operate without interruption or error.
Features may change or be discontinued at any time.
6. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
Spokoi shall not be liable for:
- productivity outcomes
- missed notifications
- device issues
- loss of data
- any indirect or consequential damages
7. Updates
We may update the App periodically to improve functionality or address technical issues.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the App if these Terms are violated.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which the company operating Spokoi is registered.
